Terms of service

Last updated 22 September 2026. These terms cover FindUniverse and the products built on it, including AI to Builders.

The account

The account is yours to use for your business. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for the people you invite into it.

What the AI employees do, and what you approve

The product drafts work for you: messages, estimates, invoices, schedules. Anything sent to your customers either waits for your approval or uses wording you have approved. You remain responsible for what is sent in your name, and for checking any number, date or measurement before you rely on it. Drafts are a starting point, not professional advice.

Your data

Your business's records remain yours. You can export them at any time. We handle them as described in the privacy policy.

Fees

Prices, trial length and billing terms are shown when you subscribe, and are charged through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and will tell you before anything material changes, but we cannot promise it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

Either side can end the arrangement. If we end it, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.
