What we hold

Your account details, your business's own records — clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, messages, photos and files you upload — and the messages your AI employees draft and send with your approval. We keep what your business puts in, for as long as you have an account.

Your email and calendar

If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, we ask only for what the product needs:

• to see when you are free, and to put appointments on your calendar;
• to send messages as you, when you have approved them;
• to read incoming mail so it can be filed against the right lead or job.

FindUniverse's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that information only to provide the features you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. You can disconnect at any time in settings, and our access stops immediately.

How AI is used

Your AI employees run on large language models provided by Anthropic. To draft a reply or price a job, the relevant part of your business's records is sent to that provider to produce the answer. It is not used to train their models. Nothing is shared with any other customer, and one business's data is never visible to another.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the product work: hosting and databases (Cloudflare), the AI provider above, email and messaging delivery, and payment processing (Stripe). Each receives the minimum it needs to do its part. We do not sell your data, or your customers' data, to anyone.

Your choices

Export everything you have put in, at any time, including on your way out. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your data within 30 days, apart from records we are required by law to keep. Anyone who receives a text message can reply STOP and will not be messaged again.

Children

FindUniverse is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the product before the change takes effect.
