What we build
AI employees that run the back office of a small business.
Not a chatbot bolted onto software. A team that answers the messages, prices the work, runs the jobs and chases the money — trained on one trade at a time, and answerable to the owner for everything it does.
How it works
You hire the team
Each employee interviews you once — about twelve minutes, mostly confirming defaults for your trade. No consultant, no setup project, no training weekend.
They do the work
Messages answered, visits booked, plans read into a material list, jobs kept moving, invoices sent and followed up. What needs you shows up in one column.
You stay the boss
You approve what goes out. You correct what’s wrong, once — they remember. Every action is written down and can be read back.
The team, and what each one is for
Every business gets the same nine. What changes between trades is what they know — the words, the sequences, the rules of that work.
Answers texts and messages, qualifies the job, books the visit on your calendar.
Reads the plans, drafts the material list and the estimate from your own prices.
Keeps the schedule honest: stages, subs, inspections, and what a delay really costs.
Invoices, deposits, what a job really cost, and the reminder that gets you paid.
Your site, your listings, the review ask, the follow-up that brings work back.
Finds where the work is, from public records only, and never contacts anyone.
Makes what your customer sees look like your business, not like software.
Reads the numbers and says the thing a good advisor would: price, mix, hours.
Watches the other eight. Blocks what shouldn’t go out, and tells you when she does.
Products
AI to Builders
For residential contractors: leads, estimates from real plans, job costing, invoices and the follow-up — run by the team above.
aitobuilders.comThe next trades
The same nine employees, retrained for another line of work. Each one starts the way this one did: a long interview with somebody who has done the job for years.
The platform
One record, one team, one set of rules — so a new product is a body of trade knowledge, not a new company.
What we won’t do
Send in your name without asking
Every client message is a draft until you approve it. Approve the wording once and it can run; never before.
State a number it can’t source
A price, a date or a measurement comes with where it came from — or the employee says it doesn’t know.
Take data we were not given
Research runs on public records whose terms allow it. Where they don’t, the feature doesn’t get built.
Keep your business hostage
Your customers, your history, your files. Export them whenever you like, including on the way out.
Run a trade we should build for next?
Every product starts with somebody who has done the work for twenty years. If that’s you, we’d like the conversation.
